Refunds / Returns Policy
We aim to provide high-quality services. Refunds are handled fairly and based on the situation.
- Refunds are not normally provided once the cleaning service has been completed.
- If you are unhappy with the service, you must notify us within 24 hours.
- Where appropriate, we may offer:
- A free re-clean of the affected area, or
- A partial refund, depending on the issue
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 working days (subject to bank processing times).
Complaints Procedure
If you would like to make a complaint, please contact us as soon as possible.
Your complaint should include:
- Your full name
- Service date and address
- Details of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
We will:
- Acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours
- Investigate and respond within 5 working days
- Offer a resolution (re-clean, partial refund, or other appropriate action)
